CitiStorage – Records Storage & Shredding

CitiStorage offers several levels of service for pickups and deliveries, from rush service in just a few hours, to our standard next-day service, along with evening/weekend/holiday options.

CitiStorage maintains its own delivery fleet, including vans, box-trucks, and tractor-trailers. Our trucks are monitored via GPS technology, and our uniformed dispatch teams include 2 people, for security and efficiency. All retrieval & delivery requests are tracked through our barcode-based workorder system.

Barcoded boxes or files are scanned at least 3 times on the way out, and 3 times upon return, at various stages in the workflow to ensure process integrity. Our dispatch teams also carry handheld scanners to verify all pickup and delivery material at your location, with the ability to print a receipt and capture the signature of an authorized user.

CitiStorage does not outsource any retrieval or delivery services – only company employees that have undergone a thorough background check and training will handle your material.
