Our records management database tracks the entire life cycle of your material, which can be indexed at the box and file level. Operated 24/7/365 by our own staff, CitiStorage provides the security and continuous access to serve all of your records storage needs. All items stored in our database are barcoded, and can be tracked at the box or file level. Security is monitored by our own staff, and our facilities are protected by multiple fire protection systems.
Our facilities include multiple customer viewing rooms, which can be scheduled for you to perform audits or review your legacy material. This allows you to rapidly search through your stored items, and assign descriptions or destruction review dates to each box. If you already have information for your stored material, data (such as destruction review dates) can be entered through our web interface, or we can import your data from your spreadsheets. Destruction review dates can be assigned to every item in our database, with reminders set for future reviews. Items reaching their destruction review date are never automatically destroyed – your written confirmation is required prior to the destruction of any stored material.
