Climate Controlled Storage

Our optional climate controlled storage area is used for a variety of purposes, including electronic media, research & lab material, and sensitive items that are best kept in a room-temperature environment.

Examples of material in our climate controlled storage include computer discs, tapes, and hard drives; video tapes and discs; medical device and implant samples; certain pathology and medical laboratory items; and material sensitive to temperature variations. Our climate controlled environment is maintained between 64-68 degrees fahrenheit, with relative humidity kept between 33-48%.

CitiStorage also provide media rotation services, in a case-swapping workflow to minimize handling & transfer costs. Pickup and delivery of sensitive items should be coordinated with our customer service team, to ensure this material is protected from end-to-end.
