In today's high tech computerized market, traditional methods of document destruction are not adequate. Our business is to secure your valuable information and ensure your control of confidential waste. U.S. Document Security (our sister company) is a high-security document shredding company. USDS provides secure shredding of paper, computer printouts, micro-fiche, film, diskettes, or magnetic tape.

We provide the following specific destruction services:

Archived Files: In accordance with your company's retention policies, we will provide you with a report of items scheduled for destruction. With your approval, we will shred those documents and provide you with a Certificate of Destruction in accordance with privacy policies.

Day-to-day paperwork: On a regularly scheduled basis (daily, weekly, monthly) our information security officers will pick up the full security containers/cabinets and transport them to our shredding facility.

Periodic File Cleanout: On an as-needed basis we can pick up and provide destruction services for file cleanouts, such as end-of-year retention cycles. If you are planning to move, please call and see how we can help by providing our security containers for this purpose.

Electronic Media: With specialized equipment, we can destroy this type of media to practically dust-sized particles.
