Our state-of-the-art facilities are company owned
and located in Brooklyn, New York. All buildings are monitored,
secured and fully equipped with the latest in early warning
detection systems. Our most important security feature is that
our facilities are staffed by bonded and insured CitiStorage
personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The interior and exterior of all our facilities
are under round-the-clock, multi-plexed camera surveillance
and are constantly recorded. All entrances are alarmed with
motion sensors and are controlled by card key access.
All CitiStorage records centers are constructed of
concrete and steel, and utilize the most advanced technology in
structural steel shelving. This specially designed shelving,
customized for record storage and retrieval, allows us to store 30
to 40 percent more boxes than most of our competition can in
the same amount of space.
In addition to our operations staff, our own
security personnel patrol the facility on a regular basis, monitoring
more than 150 specific points using our barcode-driven software
and handheld scanners.
