About Us
CitiStorage, LLC has been providing Records Management Services for the New York Metropolitan area since 1990.

With records management centers in Brooklyn, New York and Jersey City, New Jersey, we serve the Healthcare, Legal, Financial Services, Corporate and Small Business markets, along with numerous Government Agencies and Special Interest Organizations. Our operation is specifically designed for efficient, bar-coded records management, including access, security, and fire prevention systems. Our facilities provide over 17 million cubic feet of storage capacity, and we operate 24/7/365, managed entirely by our own staff. All services are performed by our local employees, with background checks and drug testing required as a condition of ongoing employment.
CitiStorage maintains an outstanding reputation for service, and we are constantly looking for ways in which we can be flexible to meet individual customer needs on a timely basis. Our dedicated transportation department provides pickup and delivery services for requests ranging from a few hours, to next-day turnaround, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Service requests can be made via telephone, e-mail, fax, or secure web interface.
Our Project Management team enables us to place skilled personnel at your location (if necessary) for the removal, identification, sequencing, relocating and preparing of material for storage. Our services include indexing & boxing files, providing documentation on box contents, and entering descriptions into the Records Center database, while providing you with continuous access to your material.
The CitiStorage Records Management Database allows you to assign target destruction dates for all material stored with us, to set a reminder for future destruction reviews. If you should ever need to audit or verify material stored with us, several customer viewing rooms are located throughout our facilities to expedite this process.
With increased regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and Sarbanes Oxley, we continually educate our employees to ensure compliance, in addition to any specific requirements of your organization. We also participate in numerous industry-specific compliance initiatives & organizations, and we frequently have expert legal consultants visit our facility to educate our staff on confidentiality laws.
